Energy Clearing Sound Bath

Join us for a one-hour total clearing sound bath with Co-Founder, Chelsey Charbeneau. This session is designed to clear away all that no longer serves you and touch all aspects of your being; mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic. In this immersive experience, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments, which will guide you into a deep meditative state. With the collective intention of clearing and reseting, together we will raise the vibrations and wipe the slate clean.

During the session, you will be guided in a mini meditation that is in harmony with specific chakras and prepare your energy system to receive the healing vibrations. As the vibrations resonate through your body, you’ll be encouraged to let go of negative energy and blockages, paving the way for clarity and renewal. We will close with a reflection worksheet.
